Journey Planner error message

    I am getting an error message "There was a problem processing your request. Please try again" every time |I try to plan a route in TomTom Home using the Journey Planner. The software shows the route on the map but gives no other information.

    1535 LIVE; Via 1605; Go 50; Go 520
    Don't think you can transfer the route to that (older) model.
