Is there a way to disable or bypass the I Agree screen?

First post here, I have a One XL and was wondering if there is a way to lose the I Agree prompt?

As far as I know there's not a way to permanently delete it or disable it. While I'm not familiar with the one-XL, the 720 only pops it up after an update. Normally it goes to the map screen. There's an option to "start-up on the last screen you were on. It's located in preferences somewhere. I don't have the unit in front of me so I don't remember exactly where it was but, some searching through the menus should reveal it if it's on the one.
