io p350 & nav 6

Hi people
im running a mio p350 with nav 6 (pre loaded ) . When i start it up it take s 20 min s or so to wake up once it s up an running it s a nice bit of kit . if i go to the sats the globe populates quick in grey and so do the sats below but its a while before they go blue and it works . any ideas please i also have memory map on the PDA is there a clash ? many thanks in advance

The grey is caused by Tomtom knowing how far the satellites are but not knowing where they are. It takes a while for the satellites to self identify, at which point they turn blue. See here, but quickgpsfix doesn't work with Navigator 6.
