I paid my money but cannot get download

Hi. The title says it all. Sent feedback that cannot be answered by selecting 0% useful quality to explanations. When does the clock (one year subscription + map) start. When TomTom gets the money or when I get the product?

I am in Europe but my "normal address" is in Australia. Will my map be posted to Australia? I downloaded the last time.

I Skyped TomTom and after a lot of button pushing I was told to call back later as they were busy. Terrific.

I think my username is very appropriate.

Any help and suggestions greatly appreciated.

Maps are downloaded by computer using Home, not mailed to you.

So, if you have Home on a computer in whatever country you're in and log into TomTom with your account, it's like logging in from your home computer.
