GO LIVE 1000 - Free and paid voices dont show up after downloading

Hi,

If I pay for (star wars bundle) or get free (an irish voice) then use MyDrive Connect (which identifies I have updates and downloads them to the TT), if I then go to Settings -> Voices -> Change Voice none of the new ones show up.

Is there a step I am missing?

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. If that doesn't help, I guess you need to call CS tomorrow:

Yes drum reset worked brilliantly - see all voices now (free and paid plus originally installed ones).
