I had to re-register although I have been posting since 2017 in regards to TomTom Runner watches?

I have not posted for a while but today I noticed My email is not recognised...
Also I can not find any of my previous posts in regards to TomTom watches (I have some txt copies of these posts)

So my question is; why did I have I have to re-register although I have been posting on these forums since 2017 in regards to TomTom Runner watches?
