Spark 3 Cardio
For some time I've been using a Spark 3 Cardio. I like it a lot, but there is one problem: it doesn't register my sleep well. The day before yesterday I slept less than 4 hours according to the watch, whereas I slept fine for 9 hours. Last night I slept 0 hours according to the watch, but I really slept 7 hours.

Does somebody know one the basis of what the Sparkt 3 registers sleep (I guess it's the same for the Runner and the Adventurer)? All sensors are on and other features are registered well.

Thanks!

The Spark uses motion to decide when/if you are sleeping. If you are a restless sleeper, it may indicate less sleep than you actually achieved. It starts observing lack of motion at 16:00 each day, and starts its 'clock' for sleep at that time.

It's really an inexact measurement. The only way to know for certain when someone is sleeping is with EEG, and that's a bit beyond the capabilities of a Spark!
