After complying with update request from Mysports program, when connected the watch to computer, didn't recognize it, after a while, watch ran out if charge, now it's dead and don't know what to do!

While the dock cable is plugged into the PC, jiggle the watch in the dock and observe the face of the watch. Hold pressure in each direction long enough to see if the battery symbol comes up on the face.

Sometimes, issues with the contacts on the watch are the problem. If so, GENTLY rub up the contacts on the watch side with a pencil eraser that you've shaved down into a cone shape. You can then spin the 'point' of the eraser just a bit on the watch contacts to remove any crud.

More rarely, you will find problems with dock USB connectors. If you have access to a meter, check the outside two pins on the dock. See if there is 5VDC there from your computer.
