Spark Cadio GPS fitness watch

Hi, is this watch still supported? Links to my phone app perfectly but I cannot link via PC - removed Sports Direct software from the PC with intention of re-loading but asks for product - the Spark Cardio that I have is not listed?

Help!

There is no further support for the watch. TomTom stopped production some 18 months ago. You might try support to see if there is any help. Don't mention your product when prompted for a live agent to reply:

It's been a while, but I've been using TomTom 'Sports Connect' vs. something called 'Sports Direct' for my two TT watches, though neither is a Spark.

Can you supply the url for the site you are using to try to download the Sports Direct app? If I try to go to the download area for Sports Connect, it keeps redirecting to the Rider motorcycle section.

Thank you - thought this was the case; why stop support after such a short time of ceasing production - what if someone bought a Spark Cadio GPS 12 months ago? Very disappointed.
