how to reload all original data on xl 330

lost everything on here. just want to get back to what it came with. how is this done? thanks

if you have a backup - yes - easy.

if you don't, connect to your computer and see if you still see the files on it - especially the map folder. if so, you just might have to re-install the application to get it back up. But i would then try a pin reset (some units do that by pressing the on button 15 seconds), and run the clear-flash tool.

If you unit is wiped clean, you could reinstall the application software first, so it would boot up. Then call TT support and beg for help. They might assign a map to your account - possibly your original one so they are not having to give a new one free.

Worse cae, you can purchase an new map and accept it as the price of NOT HAVING A BACKUP!
