How do you change One Way Streets - Enigmatic "Manual"

Maybe I am slow, but I do not understand how to edit the Map in TomTom One
Third Edition to change streets to one way.

I can change the street, but how do you specify from what point to what point?

In Spokane, they split Sprague Avenue into two one way streets (E <-> W) for about 5 miles, then they rejoin.

How do I tell the TT One 3rd Ed this information?

The so called pdf manual is enigmatic at best - essentially useless.

Please help!

Under Map Corrections, you could use (un)block street to set the directions correctly. This works well for the whole road segment, but if a long road has been subdivided as you state, this update might apply to a longer segment of the road than you desire. Note how long the selected road segment is when you start making the update. If that is the case, I'd suggest reporting via "report other error" or submit directly to www.teleatlas.com with a description of what streets the direction restriction exists between.
