Go expert for trucks
I use go expert via the app onto a CarPlay screen in the UK
I have all my truck dimensions added but went under a bridge lower than what’s set

I knew I would fit under the bridge at 13.6 but have TomTom set to 14.3
Should I not get a warning???

Yes, you should receive a warning - if your vehicle height is set to 14.3 ft and the bridge clearance is 13.6 ft, GO Expert should alert you to that restriction before routing you that way. The most likely culprits are that the height setting in the app has not saved correctly, or that the map data for that specific bridge lacks height restriction data (which does happen, particularly on older or minor roads in the UK). I'd recommend going into the app settings, confirming your vehicle profile is active and the dimensions are saved, then checking TomTom's map reporter tool (at map.tomtom.com) to flag the missing height restriction on that bridge so it can be corrected in a future map update.

More to the point, the routing should never have taken you there to begin with.
It sounds as though the embedded map data was unaware of the 13.6' limit. Either there was no data point for that location at all, or the map data indicated that the passage was higher than the 14.3' limit that you had specified.
