GO 720 thinks its a GO 530

I have a GO 720, and for some reason, when I try to start it, it's start up screen now says TomTom GO 530, and states that there are no maps loaded.

I've tried to do the update, and the computer sees it as a 720, but the screen of the unit still shows 530.

Any ideas?

What is the application on your device? If you connect to Home, is a newer app offered?

Not sure what you mean by a "Newer App" -
I'm seeing a version 2.9.2.1693 under the Home tab (About).

When I check for updates, it says the unit is up to date.

Not Home, but the version of the software on the unit. If you tap the bottom right of the status bar, the next screen shows the application version number in a little box on the right side.

Can't get there... as soon as I turn on the unit, it tells me "No Maps Found". Can't do anything further as that is all the screen will display.
