my bluberry phone will not work on tom tom go 700, it rings on the tom and there is a green phone u touch , but i can,t hear the other person , any ideas?.

While you are within a call tap the lower left corner and adjust the volume so you can hear who you are talking to, the phone volume control is only adjustable durring a call - Mike
