Error while logging into TomTom account in Start 52 Device

I am trying to login into Tomtom account in new Start 52 device (TomTom Services -> MyDrive -> TomTom Account-> enter user name /password -> Login) however it giving messages as "

Oops, We are having trouble accessing TomTom services. Please try again later" Before login i have updated device using MyDrive Connect still i am facing same issue.

Kindly some one help.
 
I have tried serveral times even after resetting my tomtom account password however still facing same issue. not sure what to do. Is any one facing same issue?
 
You mean my device (smart 52)? Yes it was connected and with in device also status showing connected.
 
I also have the same problem on the GO 50 device.
Question.
In Settings.
then system.
Select Your Information.
Have you activated the send information button?

The best thing is to report this problem to Tomtom customer service, the more of you report it, Tomtom will be obliged to look into this problem.
 
TomTom IT team working on the issue and they said after finding solution they will publish to every one

Connects to My Drive OK on PC but not via TomTom Services, My Drive on the 52. Checked that on System, Your info, Location & Help are on. Tried password reset, Tried TomTom 52 reset ( long press off then 3 short presses to reset.) I Just need to connect to Plan.Tomtom.com to download some locations & routes.

Just done factory reset but still cant log the 52 into TomTom services. Just get the same Ooops prompt. Even tried to set up a new account but will not allow as it already exists. How do I contact TomTom support - Person not BOT please.
 
It is still posible to import trace route by sd card. You can download trace route gplx file and upload trace route to sd card. Next we can inject card to start 52 and device starts import trace routes to device.

I'm in a similar situation.. I can't connect to my drive on my go 40 tomtom services, won't let me login. But I can login ok on the computer. I get the "oops message" on the unit when I enter my password to connect. And on my other go50 it however does say it's connected/active, but it won't sync my poi's either. Did full reset. Nothing. Something wrong at their end ? Good luck.

To receive Tomtom services on the go after resetting the device to factory settings, have you reconnected your phone to your GPS.
 
The gps was connected back onto the computer. It logged into my connect for an update but will not connect to my drive fir the poi files. Thanks
