I am trying to login into Tomtom account in new Start 52 device (TomTom Services -> MyDrive -> TomTom Account-> enter user name /password -> Login) however it giving messages as "
Is your GPS connected to your computer?
You mean my device (smart 52)? Yes it was connected and with in device also status showing connected.
Question.I also have the same problem on the GO 50 device.
I have the same problem with a start 25. Have you had a solution from IT team ?TomTom IT team working on the issue and they said after finding solution they will publish to every one

I'm in a similar situation.. I can't connect to my drive on my go 40 tomtom services, won't let me login. But I can login ok on the computer. I get the "oops message" on the unit when I enter my password to connect. And on my other go50 it however does say it's connected/active, but it won't sync my poi's either. Did full reset. Nothing. Issue. Tried reset on 52 but will not connect.
Connects to My Drive OK on PC but not via TomTom Services, My Drive on the 52. Checked that on System, Your info, Location & Help are on. Tried password reset, Tried TomTom 52 reset ( long press off then 3 short presses to reset.) I Just need to connect to Plan.Tomtom.com to download some locations & routes.
