keep getting error code 107 when connecting to live

sorry im not very technical, what do i need to do? is the sim card inside the sat nav?

If you have gone more than 18 months without resubscribing to Tomtom Traffic Tomtom deactivates the SIM card and it is no longer possible to reactivate it.

Contact Tomtom customer service to see if they can help you.

Hi Thanks, the person i brought it from is telling me there is a problem with my internet connection, funny, nothing else is affected

Error code 107 is where you get this message on the GPS screen or on the computer.
