ERROR code 700152?

Trying to buy updated maps for XL One but Home will not accept my money. Get message that Zip Code is not correct even though I have bought updates using the same info for years. Went to My Account and found that City and Zip Code were inverted. Made correction but it was rejected with the above error code. Anyone know what that means?
 
Software is crappy. Call CS tomorrow to assist in rectifying information:
