Device Locked at Password

My device is locked at the password. I entered the password and the device stops there and will not go any further. I can't connect the device to TomTom Home to fix the problem or perform any other functions. Any advice folks?

Guess we'd better start from the beginning. Did you intentionally SET a password at some point? If so, were you able to unlock using that password previously?
