Destination by coordinates problem

I have a new XL340S. Upon arriving at work I checked the coordinates on my Tom Tom. Then the next day at home, I programmed those coordinates in as my destination. Upon calculating the route, the destination is over a mile to the southeast of my work place. What's wrong?

How did you 'check' the coordinates ? Did you do a 'Add position to Favorites ?' .
I always navigate using coordinates (from Google) because my Go510 is a piece of scr...
But I always get to my destinations.

I checked the coordinates by tapping to get to the GPS satellite info window where the coordinates are displayed. I also checked the coordinates of the location by going to HELP / WHERE AM I.

Perhaps I should verify with google map and see what happens.
