delete legal mumbojumbo page?

is there a way to eliminate the page on startup of my 130s that requires me to check off a page of legaleeze?

I don't think so. It's like the FBI copy warning you see when viewing a DVD.

I only see this warning on my TT-3rd edition when I power on after I disconnect from my PC -- not everytime I power it up.
