Connecting

I have connected my TomTom GO 720 to my laptop with the USB connection. I cannot get it to connect. It asks me if I want to connect and then when I say yes it refuses to connect. Anybody have any suggestions? It used to work on my desk computer.:confused::confused:

did you try a pin reset.
