Connecting using WINDOWS 7

Have spent hours talking to tt helpdesk re my 1000 live not connecting to tomtom on win 7 64bit but ok on xp, got told its my laptop until i mentioned it does not work on 2 win 7 laptops and 2 win 7 desktops, but got told today there is a command they need to put on your account for it to work which they did and all is now working, shame all the tech staff dont know.:roll:

Well to be fair to them, that sounds like an issue with your account, nothing to do with Win7 itself, as not everyone has this problem with that Windows version.

I could be wrong though, so thanks for the info.
