Can't login to my drive connect

I have a rider400 since...

About an hour ago I tried to connect to TomTom to upload the latest maps etc as I am leaving for holidays on saturday...

I can't login...

I can't ask for support as apparently one needs to login to get support

I can't change my password (assuming that this is the problem) because I do NOT receive any email when I request for a password change...

I tried the suggestion of the chatbox to add the noreply mailbox of tomtom to my safe senders list... to no avail

and apparently, TomTom cannot be reached by email, or phone??


does anyone have a suggestion?
 
The roads should not have changed much if you go on vacation and wait until you return it will prevent you from finding yourself without GPS.
 
Having the same problem when I try to log in - says my email & password are not recognised. Been around in circles seeking assistance. Have I expired? It's been a while since I tried to log in, but thought my device came with access 'forever'. Thanks for any advice.

With a GO 520 you do not need to connect to Mydrive connect to make updates.
Update them via your home's Wi-Fi.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I am doing via home Wi-Fi, which now says I'm up-to-date, but as I've not done anything I do wonder. Also I can't download new maps. callfr has the same problem with logging in. I will try another time. Appreciated your advice.
 
What map version do you have? Install the latest map available is version 11.30.
 
Turned it on to check the map version, and it started to download updates...slowly...I will check the version when this process is complete. Thanks for that information.
 
I have a Start 25 and need to update by plugging into my laptop. It doesn't recognised my email address and won't do a password reset. The Chatbot is useless. I can't contact customer support unless I am logged in, but can't!

Have you tried with another cable?

If you can try it with another computer.

If there is no current subscription, create another Tomtom account with a new email address and password.
 
There is a subscription for Speed cameras. It either tells me it doesn't recognise my email, or it says
  • Forgot password request failed, please try again later.
 
Forgotten password request never worked

It is also possible that an incorrect email address is registered on your Mydrive connect account so Delete cookies.

Other ideas like remove Mydrive connect on computer then reinstall.

Try with another computer.
 
Thank you for the suggestions. I logged in normally on our other laptop, but because it's a work one, I can't download My Drive Connect. I will uninstall it and try again. Glitch somewhere.

Update. Opened My Drive connect and it logged me in - Technology!!
