Can't hear calls using handsfree

Hi Folks

Recently purchased Tom Tom Go 550 and I've setup the device to use the hands free with my iphone trouble is I can hardly hear the calls when they come through. Is there any way of increasing the volume? or is there another solution?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Whilst you are making a call tap the lower left corner of the screen and turn up the volume, the handsfree audio volume is hidden until you are actually in a call - Mike
