Can't find access code for XXL IQ Routes model

Hi all, :wave:

We bought a new tom tom xxl iq routes, on registering to claim my free map update I was told to enter my activation code which we cant find. We bought the device about 4 weeks ago, does anyone know where i can find it..or if i can get the update without the code.
