Brand new to this

I have a OV2 file from my company where do i put it??

Welcome to TTF.

As long as your model is not one with EasyMenu (and reduced functionality) then simply copy the company ov2 file to the specific map folder on your unit. Use Explorer to do the copying if on a pc, use Finder if on a Mac.

Then in the preferences on your unit, Manage pois, show on map, you'll see your company file listed as a category. Simply check it off.

If, by chance, your company also provided you with an associated .bmp file, then it too goes in the map folder.

Looks like I have a tomtom xl dont see any other markings. should of mentioned that in the first post
