bluetooth on 300

maybe stupid question,but i just got my dad the tt 700 i know they are clearing them out got it for 210 shipped brand new.anyway does the 700 have bluetooth directly or does it need the plus service also?would it be possible to copy everything on his put it on mine , to get bt without the plus charges?

The title thread says TT 300 but you mention TT700.
If you want to use the Bluetooth for Plus Services and your located in the states, the service is currently free. However, your phone's provider will charge you.
