backed up map

i manually moved the US map from tomtom drive on my mac to the hard drive. i then moved the same map back to the tomtom. in "home" it shows the map but the map does not show up on my ONE. what else do i need to do?

Try resetting the device or running the flash tool from www.tomtom.com/support

Sorry to be so basic, but did you go to the 'manage maps' menu on the tomtom?

Also, if the map is missing certain files to do with activation, it won't show up.
