Are these maps from the '80s?

The one trip we've taken so far with our Go 720 was from central Connecticut to Westchester county. In several instances in Connecticut, I was advised to take the next exit to avoid tolls. Tolls were abolished in Connecticut in the '80s. So why does the map data contain this erroneous information? And how can I tell the TomTom permanently that I don't care about tolls, anyway?

Under preferences-->Toll roads-->you could set it to 'never avoid toll roads'
