any way to find rma return times?

I sent my one xl to the Fort Worth center 13 days ago. I screwed it up trying to update it for the first time. Anyone else have any info on how long to wait before I get to try again? The email from TomTom said it would be one to two weeks and they would email me. But it's been almost two weeks and I haven't heard a thing. I also click the my repairs button at TomTom.com and it states I have no units in for RMA or repair.

If anyone else was interested, the 1- 2 weeks quote in RMA email, I was told should be 14 business days or 3 weeks not 2.
