Adding photos to a VIA 1535

Please can someone help me with adding photos to my VIA 1535, so that I can add them as my start-up and shut-down screens?
 
Connect your GPS to your computer and turn it on.
Right-click the MyDrive connect icon in the Windows notification area.
Click Manage Community Content.
