This probably will not be applicable, but just for the h... of it - do a dhn (I meant pin) reset and if you have never done a clear_flash of the memory - download from the TomTom site and give it a try.
Now, if you are able to turn your 910 on, and it indicates full charge - how long will it stay on? If not very long, you are probably ready for a new battery.
At least you will again have a battery that will last close to the advertised 4 hours, as TomTom put batteries with less then 1/2 the capacity of the older units in the new ones and advertises them as being good for 5 hours (2 is a stretch).
If you Google "TomTom Batteries", you will pull up a number of sites that list replacement batteries for all TomTom units except the newest ones. At least one site also includes basic tools to open your 910 (I never did that - as I had a replacement unit and the battery was still good when I eBay'd it). I think they also have some basic instructions, but you might also search this forum for 910 or 510 disassembly examples.
As for the window mount - make sure you 910 does not rest on and/or make contact with anything below it. This will result in intermittent contact.
If this is not the case, and as TomTom will not supply replacements, you may be limited to eBay - which has listings of these and other parts for the older TomTom's. Make sure you pay them through PayPal, as you are protected by PayPal if you have any problems.
