Tom tom Hom won't let me buy maps for my go910

    Hi

    I haven't connected my 910 to the computer for years.

    I just did so in order to buy some USA maps for a holiday.

    Tom tom home updated my 910 no problems but when I click on buy maps, it says there aren't any available.

    How do I purchase the maps?

    Seems to be a good way to lose sales.

    We haven't heard of any issues related to the new 875 map and older units, but I also can't say I have any firsthand knowledge about how well behaved the server is for Aus at the moment.

    I'd give tech support a call at 1300 135 604 and ask them to take your credit info and 'push' a map for your account.

    What Navcore version is currently installed to the 910 it should be 7,903 which is the latest for your device - Mike
