910 map update question

I have a 910 and I recently purchased a 920T. On my Home account My 920t shows up which is fine. But (here is the kicker) I recently read that my map upgrade should be free all I have to to is log onto Home and follow the simple instructions.(www.clubtomtom.com) I have done this but home will not let me switch my devices to my 910 anymore and get updates. I get the upgrade application for the 910 but it wont let me install the new maps. Any ideas to upgrade my 910? and can i upgrade my 910 to the latest?

The map update will be free for you 720 of course. However, it won't also work for the 910. Those need to be purchased.
