910 freezing

hi all,my g910 is freezing on me,its the first time ive updated it in 4 mths,,and nothing,switches on but not off,,tomtom home keeps asking me to conect to pc and i do,,but it says i dont
please help

I've had the same issue. You must use the reset button to turn off the unit. Then connect to your computer, turning the 910 after it is connected. I have to restore to a previous version each time this happens. This happens to me every time the battery gets low. It is a real nuisance!
