730 not recognized

Hey guys,

Small problem I need help troubleshooting. My TomTom 730 has been runnign fine until today when I went to plug it in and it get an error over Windows XP stating that the USB is not being recognized.

I tried installing Home a couple times and even running a driver update via the device manager with no success. Any ideas?

Thank you so much dhn. That worked like a charm. Seems like any issues I have had have always been solved with a pin reset. I'll make sure to try that first next time. Thanks again.
