In here share technology, is it correcting your own map directly (missing streets) or it is just like XLS (changing nothing)

It is correcting your errors and sharing it with others, unless you've set it not to share on your preferences.
What do you mean it doesn't change nothing on the XLS?

I mean if I add a street on my tom it will not show on map.

No, it will not. Add and removing streets will not physically appear on maps. This will only report the error to TomTom.
