Does anyone have a fix for the following problem.
1-replaced the battery everything went ok with it.
2-lost favorites and phone connections.
3-have sprint HTC Hero that was working prior to changing the battery. After the change i am getting the followng message when attepmpting to pair the phone "An error occurred while search for phones. Do you want to try again?" I went thru support and they are saying that the phone is not compatible. Does anyone have a way of me deleting files and restoring them from another location I forgot to backup the unit before the battery change..

two things, first did you try a factory reset. If it still does not work possible a reformat would work. CAll tomtom support because they need special permission to do a reformat with your unit. Anyway good luck/
