550 live

Hi,
I've just purchased a 550 live machine, and updated it etc, but for some reason I can not get speed cameras to show up as I'm driving along etc, i went past 5 today and none of them showed up, they are all quite old and was on my old tom tom.

got to be something easy....but i can't find it !

Please help!

Welcome, Brian......

Does the 550 (we don't have that model in North America) have an icon for TomTom Services and if so, in that option choice, Speed cameras? Check that the choice to enable alerts is selected.

Hi Buddy,
just checked my lives services and yes they are all enabled!

not sure what else to try!

A reset of the unit? (Think you hold the power button about 15 seconds on that model).
