Xl 325 se

Got the XL 325 SE for Christmas, and have only used it a couple of times. I hooked it up my computer to plan a route, and the next time I started the GPS up. It shows no maps found. Not sure on what I did, but can not get the map back. I have unistalled and re-installed the TomTom a couple of times, and still get the same error.

Did you hopefully make a backup of your unit's contents when you first got the unit?

When you look at the contents of the unit using Explorer, do you see a USA folder with stuff in it?
