TT XL 325 Frozen Help

My TT XL 325 was frozen on the startup splash screen. Following instructions from TT's web site I deleted the application file using TT home/manage my XL. Renamed the download folder to downloadold then restarted TT home. I get an error msg saying I have an invalid Application file. When I go to updates the application isn't listed. Where can I get it?? Help!!


Use Explorer to ensure there are no loose files (those NOT in any Folder) on your unit. If there are, remove them, connect to Home and see if the application is offered again.

Also, do you have a backup (hopefully Explorer) of your unit's contents?
