I have a TomTom One IQ routes that i love and have used for several years. it was initially set up to work with a Windows based PC but last year i changed to Mac.
I am running an iMac with 16GB of Ram, OS X 10.8.2 and a 2.8GHz Intel core i7
the TomTom Home is version 2.9.4.1939 and is installed correctly on the Mac.
When i connect the GPS device, the TomTom HOME crashes.
do i need to do any re configuration of the device to make the switch from Windows to Mac?? are there any known compatibility issues with One IQ ROutes/ Mac OS X 10.8.2 and Home 2.9.4.1939
can i reset the device to factory defaults and start "as new" with the Mac??
I have a tomtom account and the Home app registers to that account without issues.
Does anybody have a solution... i would like to update my maps and the device
Thanks
