why is it I loose all my data after a favorite is added?

So I am on the PC using tom tom home, ,and open up the box that says I can add a favorite site manually ..
So I click on this and add the city and street and number , It then asks me If I want this to be my new Home address , and I click no, then I find I have lost all my saved addresses including my Home, is now greyed out and I only have one address saved and that is the last one I manually put in..

sheesh , ,now I have to restore all my data back in again ..

can you not add another favourite to your tom tom 630 ?

I am under the impression I can have up to 48 address.......

Are you disconnecting the unit properly from Home using the Device Disconnect icon?

Also try this:

Download and run the Clear Flash tool from here:

Run it 3 times.
