Which TomTom ???

Does anyone know what TomTom units would include the following?? either new or previous models

voice commands
5 inch screen or bigger
update over wifi
ability to store maps on a SD card

has a memory of 32 GB and hence doesn't support memory cards

you should be able to format the sd card and reuse it right??

Yes. Arno was referring to the fact that you can't
a) buy a map on a card from TT and use it in another device, or
b) install a map on your own uSD card and move it to another device

You can definitely reformat your own card and use it again.
