Hi, I tried to install Tom Tom software into my new computer and it was not accepted ..."used before" was the message. I logged in using my user name and password and got a message saying my map update feature had expired.I have the XXL540TM.How can I make them aware I'm the same guy that was on the other computer. Thanks for any help.

You aren't referring to the LMG, are you? If used once, regardless of computer, you can't use it again.

Afraid you'll need to call CS at 866-486-6866 to have them sort it out, if it is a different situation whereby you are trying to update the map and you have a subscription.
