Via 125 support for updates of map

I am trying to update maps to my Via 125 and it keeps sending me to a payment for maps. My son bought me this some years ago and it was with a lifetime maps updates. When I plug the system to my car it says I need to update my maps. How can I get my updates now.

Call support to straighten out your subscription. Best not to respond with a model when prompted to ensure a live agent comes on line. But even supposed End of Life models with lifetime maps WILL continue to receive them:
