I see that a new version 9.026 is available for the application. I currently have 9.025.
Does anybody know what features or fixes were done or if they have experienced
any problems with this new version update?

Thanks,
- Don

For 9.026:

Minor update for TomTom GO x50 LIVE, XL IQ and ONE IQ. Contains only small bugfixes and improvements, no new features.

TomTom Safety Cameras don't show the stupid speed limit error they did prior to this Navcore which is one advantage of the update if you use their Safety Camera system - Mike

Mike, can you describe this "speed limit error" please? I observed after accepting navcore 9.022 and Safety Camera version 4461 updates (with the new "other" POI file set) to my 140 One IQ Routes device that Safety Cameras could be displayed as POI's in Map Browse mode, but showed a "0" on mouse-over. Is this what you mean? And, has that changed with the 9.026 navcore upgrade?

Also, there seem to be questions from Live (7x0) TomTom device users about whether the Safety Camera service is supposed to work at all for US/Canada users (see the thread at Safety Camera service - TomTomForums.com - TomTom & GPS Navigation Community)

They report that TomTom support says that the Safety Camera service is not available (and never was) in North America, although their own experience and TomTom's marketing materials contradicts this.

It certainly isn't the case with my (US) 140 One IQ Routes device - it works OK for me! As a moderator, can you find out whether there an official position from TomTom on this subject?

Thanks!

The error prior to this release was with the speed displayed in the top left corner of the screen when approaching a safety camera, instead of displaying 50 as a limit it would display either 51 or 49 (I cannot remember whether it was one over or one under) but eitherway it was wrong! - Mike
