Updating TNS 410 TOM TOM

Can anyone tell me how to update this in car system please?
1 do you have to take it out of the car?
2 can you down load it to a memory stick and do it that way
3 my car is a Toyota Yaris reg in 2011

You need Home with that device which you remove from the automobile, of course. Hopefully, you'll get better info either here or in the production forum where you also posted.
