update to navcore 7.903 turns off after splash screen

right so all my problems have been the update to 7.903 which stops my unit working???
I can now get my new SD card workingbut.....

but to have the updated maps i need v7 navcore!!!

if i install 6 it works fine with old map!!

if i update in HOME to v7 it turns off after splash screen!!! help any one!!!

You could try the standard suite of troubleshooting steps, trying further steps only if a prior step doesn't resolve your problem:
1) do a pin reset
2) run a clear flash 3 times in a row
3) rename mapsettings.cfg on your map folder and have tomtom auto-generate a new one - you'll lose favorites, etc.
4) remove and reinstall the application
5) backup and do a full reformat - assuming your purchased your map within the last year, you don't need restore your backed up map, since HOME will give it to you again.
