Unable to connect to tomtom server AGAIN

As per previous posts spent hours with hd trying to connect to tomtom server for updates, had changed to win 7 64bit, they had me do loads of different things then blamed my new laptop and gave up. I called back spoke to a guy who said i know what that is and he said a command has to be put on account for it to work, he did this and all was fine. Just loaded new sw version from tomtom guess what, same bl**dy problem, what is it with tomtom?

Any ideas guys?

Can you try running your browser in XP compatible mode?

I'm with 'dhn'.. what's with this mysterious 'command'? Any details that you can share?
